Fuqha aur Aulma ko aise kapde pahenne chahiye ki woh pehchane jaye taki logo ko unse istifadah (yani faidaah hansil karne – nafa uthane) ka mauka mile aur ilm ki waq’at logo ke zahen nashin ho.

(yani hadees ke mutabik resham pahenna jaiz nahi jisme resham ka kapda agar khud ke badan par rakha gaya tou woh pahenne ke manind istemal me aayega jho jaiz nahi isi tarah rumal resham ka khud ki jeb me rakhna bhi uska istemal badan ke saath laga kar rakhne me shamil hoga tou woh jaiz nahi, agar sirf pochha aur kahi rakh diya tou ye jaiz hai. – kyunki is tarah woh resham ki mumane’at me shamil nahi hoga)
